Our Childcare works hard to stay posted on the most up-to-date teaching methods. We use Mother Goose curriculum Our methods are exemplified in the activities we do with the Children.

We like Children to learn by doing things themselves and provide them with an endless amount of enthusiasm as well as tools to explore with. Our Childcare is filled with toys, games, musical instruments, books and computers.
Each Day the children will engage in periods of FREE PLAY activities. During this time each child may select activity centers of interest to them including blocks, manipulative toys and puzzles, dramatic play, science and nature, easel painting water or sand table for pleasant tactile experiences.
During CIRCLE TIME, I will presents the lesson for the day using puppets, pictures, props, experience, charts, music and finger plays. Thematic units taught during the year include seasons, community workers, animals and their habitats, dinosaurs, holidays and much more.
ARTS and CRAFTS provide another creative outlet for each child. Children are free to experiment with a wide variety of art media including paint, watercolors, crayons, markers, glue, paper maché, playdough and clay. Small motor skills are also enhanced through scissors and sewing activities.
I will also incorporate MUSIC and MOVEMENT through the day utilizing songs, finger-plays and musical games. I also have rhythm instruments for the children to use.
