Hi, My Name is Tina I am happliy married to my husband David. We have 3 wonderful childrenl Christa 5 years old Alyssa 3Years Old David 8 months old. In our free time we enjoy spending time with our family and friends.
A Comfy place like home 2 Childcare is Located in North Stockton 3 Min. off the freeway. I have a big room with a lot of educational toys. Our Child care focuses on problem solving, decision making and self-help, while promoting interpersonal communications. These are key elements which contribute to the child’s development, self esteem and confidence.
As part of continuing education and professional development, I continuously attend training and seminars on child development, health and nutrition, and curriculum design. I am a First Five Mini Grant recipient. I also participate in Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale-Revised Edition by Thelma Harms. I also have been envolved with ages stages. I am certified in CPR and First Aid Administration, Medication Administration, Recognizing/Understanding Learning Disabilities.
I have been involved with child care all of my life. My mom operated an exemplary child care home in Stockton for over 22 years, I grew up with wonderful, memorable experiences shared with her 'extended' childcare family. It is my goal to continue providing high quality child care and enriching developmental learning experiences to the families who entrust their children in my care.
